A new hashtag#Sodick slow wire-cutting machine was set up in our precision machining center. Compared with what we did before, for precision work-pieces, we have to outsource wire-cutting process to professional partners. Now, after the new Sodick wire-cutting machine set up, except for steel heat-treatment and mold texture, the rest mold making process could be done in-house. Which will significantly improve our quality control process, and could guarantee well mold lead time. As an 13-year factory in mold making, we improve our quality awareness to adapt to the industry¡¯s higher requirement on quality, especially for precision mold making. 

Now, we have below points in machining process. 

1. All precision machining process are equipped with Erowa jigs, to improve accuracy and efficiency. 

2. 2 sets Japan imported high-speed CNC machines, with 0.003mm accuracy 

3. 2 sets Japan mirror EDM machines, with 0.003mm accuracy. 

4. Sodick slow-wire cutting machine 

The every new machine¡¯s setting up comes from customer¡¯s support, and will definitely be applied to serve better for our customer! We hope that our customer could benefit from our development, enjoying the safety cooperation with Kendy!

Steel inspection report on more core & cavity side could do help to asses clearly the performance of molded sample, and it's also a scientific and objective report to know what's going on to the mold.

To improve our capacity and efficiency to catch up with our business development, Kendy Mold keeps focus and continues to purchase some new machines in recent years. 

Last weekend, a new high speed CNC machine (JDCT600E_A12S) arrived at our factory in Songgang, Shenzhen. Its accuracy of machining electrodes could reach 0.01mm and with very good surface finish. Equipped with Erowa fixture, we believe this machine will greatly improve the machining capability and efficiency, and reduce mold production cycle, so as to help achieve our goal of meeting or exceeding the customer demand for quality and delivery time. 

During ADM Expo(May 16-18 2017), our company capability of plastic injection mold making have been well showcased in Canada plastic injection molding industry. 

Although it is the first time for Kendy Mold exhibited in Canada, around 40 potential customers showed their interests in our products and services, and 5 of them will take an on-site visit to our facility in June and July. 

By taking this opportunity, we loved seeing some of our customers at ADM: Jeff, Mario and Michael, and strengthened the understanding and intercommunication with them. 

And also, we loved the new innovations and technologies in plastic industry.
